26th July 2010 - Pluto LNG Demin Plant - Karratha WA
2008 - 2009 Saw Valvelink in conjunction with Eric Morris (Valve Solutions) win a supply contract for Veolia Water Solutions & Technology. This contract was for the supply of 164 Manual & 124 Actuatated Diaphragm valves all meeting the Woodside specification. The valves were designed and manufactured to meet strict specifications not only for the application but for environment as well. Fabrication of brackets to suit the requested Weslok Limit switch boxes and Norgren Herion Solenoid valves, this was achieved all in house and fitted to the valves with no problem.
The valves were packed and shipped directly to Veolia's Fabricators in Hamilton NZ, where here they were put into the skids which make up the Demin Plant, from here they shipped to Karratha WA (Aus)the total value ofthis project was approx $500K and all documentation was handled in house in accordance to QA procedures in conjunction with Petrolink Pty Ltd (certified by DNV).
All in all a very successful project handed over on time with out hassle.
26th July 2010 - Metal Seated ball valves
One of Valvelink's most recent projects was to source and supply 5 off 4" (100mm) 316SS Metal seated ball valves Flanged & Drilled ANSI 150#, these valves were also required to be actuated, we were able to do this using our K-TORC range of Pneumatic actuators, coupled together with a Burkert Intrinsically safe solenoid valve the valves were supplied. In this case the customers requirement was to get his product up to a very high temperature and maintain it at this temperature for the process.

September 2008 - Valvelink became the NSW agents / Distributors for Kempe Supply Group. picking up the following brands, Mars 316SS / WCB ball valve range - comprising of both Fire Safe and standard, Direct mount for easy actuation and standard ISO top works, a vast range of seat replacements to cover all industries and tempperatures. The K-Torc Pneumatic actuator and solenoid range - Double acting & Spring return actuators, Rack & Pinion stlye as well as Positioners & Limit Switch boxes / CMO Knife Gate Valves Cast Iron & Stainless steel bodied, Soft & Metal seated / The Value Butterfly valve range. All these new products strengthening Valvelink's existing range and ability to service our customers.
12th April 2007 - NEW Valvelink "ARITA" Cast steel range
Valvelink has expanded it's valve range to accomomdate the API certified Cast Steel (WCB) valves, (Gate / Globes / Check / Ball).
Certified API 607 Fire Safe / API 6D pipeline valves / API 600 Gate valves.
Range covers ANSI 150# & 300# Flanged pressure ranges.
Valves come with full traceability (Material test Certification & inspection test API 598 certiciates).
Valvelink has exclusive access to the full 'ARITA' range - Butterfly / Plug / Actuation / Forged Steel / cast iron valves / fittings etc...
