26th July 2010 - Pluto LNG Demin Plant - Karratha WA
2008 - 2009 Saw Valvelink in conjunction with Eric Morris (Valve Solutions) win a supply contract for Veolia Water Solutions & Technology. This contract was for the supply of 164 Manual & 124 Actuatated Diaphragm valves all meeting the Woodside specification. The valves were designed and manufactured to meet strict specifications not only for the application but for environment as well. Fabrication of brackets to suit the requested Weslok Limit switch boxes and Norgren Herion Solenoid valves, this was achieved all in house and fitted to the valves with no problem.
The valves were packed and shipped directly to Veolia's Fabricators in Hamilton NZ, where here they were put into the skids which make up the Demin Plant, from here they shipped to Karratha WA (Aus)the total value ofthis project was approx $500K and all documentation was handled in house in accordance to QA procedures in conjunction with Petrolink Pty Ltd (certified by DNV).
All in all a very successful project handed over on time with out hassle.
